Some of our products, services and information we offer may only be suitable for/accessible to individuals meeting certain eligibility or other criteria. In such cases, we may verify that you meet such criteria. For example, certain information relating to our products is only intended for and accessible to licensed healthcare professionals. We may use Personal Information we collect from you and from outside sources to validate your licensure and eligibility to view such information.
For Legal Reasons
Consistent with applicable law, we will disclose Personal Information when required to do so by law or in response to an enforceable governmental request. We may also disclose Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is necessary to detect or address fraud, security or technical issues. In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates and to others where needed to affect the sale or transfer of business assets, to enforce our rights, protect our property, or protect the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed support external auditing, compliance and corporate governance functions. For any sensitive Personal Information, we will ask you for your explicit consent before sharing.
We will retain your Personal Information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. However, under certain circumstances, we may be required to retain your Personal Information for longer periods as required or permitted by law, or as necessary to protect its rights and interests.
Security of Your Information
The security of your PII is important to us. We take steps to help safeguard your information that you provide to use through the i-Function Technology; however, no data or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Therefore, please take special care in deciding what information to send us. It is not possible to guarantee the security or integrity of information, particularly when transmitted through the internet.

Your Privacy Rights
I-Function will ensure that you can exercise your rights pertaining to your PII, including rights as provided by various data protection laws. We therefore inform you that you are entitled:
to have access to your Personal Information upon simple request – that is, you may receive a copy of such data (if requested), unless such data is made directly available to you, for instance within your personal account;
to have access upon simple request, and free of charge, the categories and names of addresses of third parties that have received Personal Information for direct marketing purposes;
to obtain a rectification of your Personal Information should it be inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete;
to obtain the deletion of your Personal Information in the situations set forth by applicable data protection law (the ‘right to be forgotten’);
to withdraw your consent to the data processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing, where your Personal Information has been collected and processed on the basis of your consent;
to object to the processing of your Personal Information (where it has been collected and processed on the basis of legitimate interests of i-Function) in which case we may ask you to justify your request by explaining to us your particular situation;
to request a limitation of the data processing in the situations set forth by applicable law;
to have your Personal Information directly transferred by i-Function to a third-party processor of your choice (where technically feasible and when processing is based on your consent); and
to non-discrimination, as defined under relevant law, in the Services or quality of Services you receive from us for exercising your rights.
Under certain laws, you may also have the right to “opt-out” of having your Personal Information sold to a third party. This right to “opt-out” does not include the case of a merger, sale, financing, acquisition, or other transaction involving all or part of the i-Function Technology; in such instances, your information may still be involved in a transaction.
For deletion, or ”right to be forgotten” requests, we will undertake a good faith effort to accommodate requests for access to or deletion of personal information. However, these requests may be subject to the evaluation of additional factors, including disproportionate burden or expense, or the risk to the rights, including the privacy rights, of others.

Notice About Children’s Privacy
The i-Function Technology is not intended for children under the 13 years of age, and we do not accept registration from anyone under the age of 18 years old. If you are under the age of 13, please DO NOT USE the i-Function Technology. No personally identifiable information (as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 15 U.S.C. § 6501 (“COPPA”)) is purposefully or knowingly collected from children under the age of 13 by the i-Function Technology.
In some instances, we may collect PII about children from and with the consent of his/her parent or guardian (e.g., for the provision of services, such as use of the i-Function Technology). In such instances, i-Function collects such information from the child’s parent or guardian directly, or directly from another authorized source. We will not seek to collect any information directly from any child.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with PII, he or she should contact us as described in the “How to Contact i-Function” section below. We will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our database in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from i-Function once a year, free of charge, a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed certain personally identifiable information as defined under California law for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such request, please contact us at the address below. The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires i-Function to disclose how it responds to “Do Not Track” signals. i-Function does not interpret or respond to “Do Not Track” signals. You may set your browser settings to reject or disable cookies or web beacons. Please not that without enabling these features, your experience of the i-Function Technology may be hindered and you will not be able to take full advantage of the i-Function Technology features. Please see the Help section of your browser for instructions on managing security preferences.
Merger or Sale
In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from you or that you provided to us, as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
